Darrel Carstens is a 33 year resident of the Paynesville area. He has served the area as a Real Estate Agent for the last 28 years, and a Real Estate Broker for the last 4 years. Darrel has a Masters Degree in Education and has been a German teacher in the Paynesville Schools for 33 years. He has many years of coaching experience including 33 years in cross country, 27 years in basketball, and 30 years in track & field. He has coached many teams and individuals to the state level competition. Time spent with family, hunting, fishing, running, and other outdoor sports are some of his passions outside of Real Estate and Education. Our Team

The Bowden Family consists of Paul & Lisa, Briquelle, age 11, Parker, age 10, Tahlia, age 8, and Preston, age 6. We are active in our church, and sports are a big part of our lives. We enjoy fishing, hunting, gymnastics, football, basketball, baseball, water sports, tennis, wrestling, and ping pong.

Paul has a bachelor’s degree in education and taught physical education, health, and driver ed. for 2 years. He has 11 years of military experience, and 8 years experience in sales, management, and finance. This diversity of background enables him to see the big picture when marketing your home, helping you find a new home, and negotiating your best option.
